TC-200AThe Type COD Rapid Detector is an upgraded and modified COD rapid analyzer developed by our company based on the original model. This COD analyzer has added dual wavelengths, which use different wavelengths for detecting high and low concentration water samples, increasing the accuracy and stability of detection. Equipped with PID automatic adjustment technology and other functions, it enhances the accuracy and stability of the instrument; In addition, the COD analyzer has built-in features such as a micro thermal printer, which greatly facilitates the use of laboratory personnel. TC-200AThe COD rapid detection instrument can use open tube reflux heating digestion or sealed digestion methods. The instrument uses specialized catalysts and oxidants. After adding specialized oxidants and catalysts, the water sample is heated and digested. The Cr6+in the oxidant is partially reduced to Cr3+, and the reduced Cr3+content is converted to the actual concentration of COD (cr) in the water sample through colorimetric measurement and regression calculation. The design performance of TC-200A COD rapid analyzer meets the requirements of the national environmental protection industry standard "HJ/T 399-2007 Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water Quality - Rapid Digestion Spectrometric Method". It can be widely applied to the detection of wastewater from various industries (industrial wastewater, urban sewage, domestic sewage, and surface water in rivers and lakes).
